Great day at the farm!!! Got all the plants into the dirt, romaine and red leaf lettuce, bok choy, broccoli, cabbage and collards!!!
We also cut a path into the strawberry patch and replanted the strawberries that were growing on top of the landscape fabric.
MANY THANKS to Dete, Al, Sharon, Dave for all their hard work. And we had a visit from Scotty, Beth's dog who had an excellent adventure in the woods and discovered a nice smelly pile of something to roll around in. Don't know about anyone else, but Taylor, Scotty and I are exhausted. Great job everyone. Let's plan a bonfire early in November at the farm. We can cook up some farm fresh grub and chili of course!!
Stilll plenty of room to plant some other cook weather crops. Beets? Brussel Sprouts? Garlic? Onion? Still have a lot of small tomatoes and peppers galore!! Don't forget about Sungarten Farm!!
